The companies with 25% foreign shareholding are able to use subsoil in Russia now

The Russian Government has elaborated the amendments for the simplification of the transition of subsoil use right and re-issuing of the licenses to the companies with foreign investment; the threshold of foreign shareholding is incesed from 10% to 25%, the project of amendments to the Law ‘About Subsoil’ states.
