MMK to preliminarily settle bonds of 19th series for 5 bln roubles on July 21st

MMK OJSC on July 21st, on the date of termination of the 6th coupon, will preliminarily settle bonds of the 19th series at the volume of 5 bln roubles.
The preliminarily settlement will be held at the price of 100% of the nominal value.
The bonds of the 19th series for 5 bln roubles were issued in July 2013. The 10-year bonds have 20 half a year coupons. The rates of the 1-6th coupons are set at 8.5% per annum.
This is the only issue of bonds of MMK in circulation. In December 2015 MMK preliminarily settled the 18th issue for 5 bln roubles.
