“Gazprom” names possible volume of helium production in South-Eastern Siberia

Possibilities of production of helium in South-Eastern Siberia exceed the previously-stated 60 million cubic meters a year at the Amur gas-processing plant and make up 180 million cubic meters.  

“Helium market, as well as liquefied gas market, is a global one. The helium from Eastern Siberia will be supplied to the markets of Southeast Asia. The possibility of helium production make up 60 million cubic meters a year, and it is higher in South-Eastern Siberia.
