The Kazakhstani Energy Minister Kanat Bozumbayev believes that the privatization of three major Kazakh oil refineries is only possible after the completion of their modernization projects.
"My answer is: yes, privatization is possible, but, the Ministry believes, it must be carried out after the modernization," - said Bozumbayev at the reporting meeting with the population.
