Rosneft hurries to the Arctic despite sanctions

Rosneft is about to launch a project in the Arctic region ahead of time. It develops it together with American ExxonMobil, the head of the company I.Sechin said, Reuters reports.

After the introduction of sanctions against Russia by America because of annexation of Crimea, the future of ExxonMobil in Russia was disputable.

Exxon asserted about its disagreement with the sanctions, while Russian authority and the state-run Rosneft stated the company was their partner.
