British Volga Gas is put up for sale

British oil-and-gas company Volga Gas has announced about the start of the company’s selling process. It is said in the statement of the company.

“Those companies, which are interested in the purchase, are to conclude agreement for nondisclosure under the terms, acceptable for the Board of Directors. Afterwards, the company is about to provide information to the participants, in accordance with which it is possible to outline the terms and proposals of the deal,” is said in the statement. The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject a proposal and suspend negotiations with any of the party concerned.
