Expectations of oil production increase at the ACG block may not to come true

The expectations of the oil production increase from the Caspian block of oil fields Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli may not to come true because of instability of field operations, the regional President of British BP (the block operator) in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, Gordon Birrel stated.
“We plan regular technical maintenance (repairs) at our projects from the next year to have the possibility to continue our safey and reliable work,” – Birrel said at the conference “Oil and Gas in the Caspian region-2013” in Baku.
