The BP-TNK holding company’s Board of Directors has advised shareholders to make a decision not to pay dividends by results of 2012 at the annual meeting, the company reports.
The annual meeting of shareholder is to take place in Moscow on June 27 in accordance with the standard agenda. BP-TNK traditionally paid the highest dividends in the sector before it was consolidated by Rosneft in this March. Its quarterly payments made up 40% of its net profit.
