On Tuesday at the annual meeting shareholders of OJSC "Polyus Gold" elected Saida Kerimov and Gulnara Kerimova, the children of Senator Suleiman Kerimov, into the company's board of directors.
Apart from them, as the gold miner posts, the new board includes Anastasia Galochkina (the managing director of the company "Nafta Moscow"), Vladimir Polin (the head of JSC "Polyus"), Edward Dowling, Kent Potter and William Champion. From the former structure to the Board only CEO Pavel Grachev and the senior vice president of finance and strategy Mikhail Stiskin were re-elected.
