Cabinet of Ministers approved a project of revenue distribution from oil excise duty

​The Committee for draft law activity of Russia has approved the draft law presupposing the stating of normative of revenue distribution from the payment of excise duties for oil products by the budgets of various levels.

The draft law suggests from May 1st 2016 fixing normative of revenue distribution from the payment of excise duties for gasoline, directly distilled gasoline, diesel fuel, motor fuel for diesel and injector engines produced in Russia, to the federal budget at 23%, to the budgets of regions of Russia -77%.

It will contribute to the balanced filing of the Federal Road Fund and road funds of the regions of Russia. Aiming for saving the basic volume of the Federal Road Fund at the level of the existing legislation the coefficient of the draft law is corrected.
