VTB might file a claim against Mechel to declare it a bankrupt

There completes term on Tuesday, which was given by the VTB bank to settle debt dispute with Mechel. Once this period expires, the bank can file a suit to the Moscow Arbitration Court on adjudgement Mechel a bankrupt.
On March 7, VTB announced officially about its plan to file a bankruptcy claim against Mechel.
