Norilsk Nickel holds general meeting of shareholders on May 13th

​The annual general meeting of shareholders of Norilsk Nickel is appointed for May 13th, the company reports.

The list of people having the right to participate in the meeting will be formed as of April 14th 2015.

The agenda comprises standard issues as well as of the approval of connected deals in which the company is interested, payment of losses to the members of the Board and management; approval of the deal on liability insurance of members of the Board and management; the deal with “NORMETIMPEX” JSC; deals the company is interested in and which might be held by Norilsk Nickel in the process of its regular activity.

The list of candidates of the Board of Norilsk Nickel comprises:

• S. Barbashev, CEO, chairman of Interros;
• A. Bashkirov, deputy CEO for investment, member of the Board of Interros;
• R. Bogaytdinov, head of the department for control-revision work of Rusal Global Management B.V.;
