Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK), which planned to sell two unprofitable Chertinskaya mines of its coal company "Belon", could not agree with buyers and intends to close one of the problematic mines.
MMK of Victor Rashnikov (controls 87.27% of shares) was approved by FAS to purchase 100% of CJSC "Mine "Kostromovskaya"" shares.
