Kiev wants the EU to pay for filling of the Ukrainian underground storages

To prevent risks of Russian gas transit during the heating season, the EU is to take upon part of the expenses, connected with the filling of the Ukrainian underground gas storages.

Minister of Energy of the Ukraine V.Demchishin stated. The filling of the Ukrainian storages may start in April. There necessary to fill not less than 20 billion cubic meters of gas.
