Participants of liquefied gas market in the Ukraine wait for decision of special auctions issue

Withdrawal of Vetek from the market and start of free registration of import volumes of liquefied gas promise significant changes on the Ukrainian market, deputy director of the Consulting group A-95 Artem Kuyun reports.

The main attention of the market participants is riveted to state-owned companies Ukrnafta and Ukrgasdobycha, which produced about 45% of the domestic market in 2013.

Taking into account the fact that in 2012-2013 all preferential gas belonged Vetek through fictitious companies, the market participants are concerned about repetition of this situation after the withdrawal of the disgraced company and propose to change the current scheme of gas distribution.
