By 2030, the Tomsk region is going to increase oil production to 20 million tons

By 2030, the Tomsk region is going to increase oil production to 20 million tons, including 5 million tons of hard-extractable oil. Achievement of the target will be promoted by creation of the test field and the model of the state and private partnership in the sphere of prospecting and development of hard-extractable oil reserves in the region and creation of the powerful scientific, laboratory and educational complexes in the spheres of prospecting and development of hard-extractable hydrocarbon reserves, the Vice Governor of the Tomsk region for Industry and Fuel and Energy Sector L.
