In 2013, Severstal supplied 1.8 million tons of rolled steel to the Russian pipe enterprises, by 10% more than in 2012. The growth has happened first of all at the expense of growth in supplies to the producers of construction and water and gas pipeline pipes of medium and small diameter used in construction. Cherepovets steel was widely used in construction of the objects at the major Russian infrastructure projects.
