Sanctions not to influence Rosneft’s plans concerning Arctic shelf

Rosneft doesn’t intend to postpone works on sites of the Arctic shelf and will carry out them in accordance with the approved plan and licensing requirements, despite the difficulties that have arisen because of Western sanctions and stop of te cooperation with ExxonMobil, the company’s head Igor Sechin reported.
