The European Commission President: "South Stream" can be built if Russia fulfills all the conditions of the EU.

The European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker stated that the "South Stream" pipeline can be built on the conditions of the EU, Russia has refused to comply with them. According to him, the EU will not tolerate blackmail, RBK informs.
The European Commission President stressed that it would help Bulgaria to cope with its geopolitical issues, the EU and the Bulgarian government work together on the "South Stream" project.
Jean-Claude Juncker also stated that there the still outstanding issues are not intractable, and the pipeline could still be built.
"The ball is the court of Russia", - the politician stated.
