Alrosa change decision on issue of BO-03 – BO-12 bonds

The Alrosa’s Supervisory Board has amended the decision on the issue of exchange bonds of BO-03 - BO-12, the company’s press release reports.
In addition, the issuer made changes to the decision to issue the bonds of BO-03 - BO-12, and also approved amendments and additions to the prospectus of securities of the BO-01 - BO-12 series.
