FAS satisfied the application of Gazpromneft-Novosibirsk Plc. for buying the main production facilities of Gazpromneft-Krasnoyarsk LLC.
The purchased property amounts to 31.6% of the balance value of the main production facilities and intangible assets of Gazpromneft-Krasnoyarsk.
