FAS allows Mikhail Gutseriev to buy several oil companies within the Perm Territory

FAS satisfied the application of Neftisa oil company (the owner is the President of Russneft Mikhail Gutseriev) for purchase of 100% in Zapadno-Malobalykskoe LLC, StandartNafta LLC and UNS CJSC (Uralnefteservis) in the Perm territory and the application for obtaining of the right to specify the conditions of entrepreneurial activities of MOL Zapandaya Sibir LLC, Interfax reports with the reference to the department. The applications were satisfied in October.

StandartNafta and UNS are registered in the Perm Territory and belong to private owners. UNS holds three licenses for subsoil sectors in the Perm Territory, and StandartNafta holds one.
