Alexander Nesis increases his share in Polymetal to 21.34%

Powerboom Investments Ltd, owned by Alexander Nesis, has increased its stake in Polymetal Int (combines assets of Polymetal) to 21.34% from 19.78%, the company reports.
In particular, the company purchased 6.8 million shares, increased its stake to approximately 90.391 million shares.
The transaction was completed on October 29th, when the company's shares were closed at the price of £5.81 on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). The package purchased is estimated at £39.5 million ($61 million), and the whole package - at £5.25 billion.
