In Russia the export duty on oil has decreased by $ 28 from November 1st.

According to the RF Ministry of Economic Development, the export duty on crude oil in Russia has decreased by $ 28 - to $ 316.7 per ton from November 1st. In October the export duty on crude oil was $ 344.7 per ton.

On November 1st the preferential rate of the duty on oil in Eastern Siberia, the Caspian fields and the Prirazlomnoye deposit was $ 137.1 per ton from the previous rate of $ 158.5 per ton. The duty on high-viscosity oil fell from $ 34.4 to $ 31.6 in October. The duty on a number of light and dark oil, which is set at 66% of the oil duty, in November is $ 209 per ton, in October it was $ 227.5 per ton. The duty on diesel fuel (65% of the rate of the duty on oil) was equal to $ 205.8 per ton (on October 1st it was $ 224 per ton). The duty on gasoline exports, based on the coefficient of 0.90, decreased from $ 310.2 per ton to $ 285 per ton. In November the export duty on trimers and tetramers of propylene fell to $ 20.5 per ton from $ 22.4 in October. In November the duty on liquefied petroleum gas fell to $ 125.8 per ton, compared to $ 145 in October
