Lukoil postpones the attraction of loan funds from abroad

Lukoil has postponed plans to attract pre-export financing in dollars this year, Bloomberg reports, referring to three sources familiar with the situation.

Lukoil decided to postpone the registration of a foreign currency loan to the amount of $1 billion. Earlier, the company was included into the US sanctions list; American companies are forbidden to provide Lukoil with technologies and process equipment for oil extraction from the Arctic shelf, deep water or shale formations.
