Bashneft: there is interest for minority shareholders

Beginning of long November weekend in Russia was marked with the following news: shares of Bashneft depart to the state. It was so decided by Commercial Court on October 30, when it ended the proceedings, started in September this year. Nevertheless, the company's shares reacted to the news with a growth, which caused confusion, because a change of ownership is coming, respectively, minority shareholders could be threatened - they may be deprived of the former generous dividend payments.
