Russian Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Energy disagree on issue of taxes in oil industry

In 2015, International Investment Forum "Sochi" became a kind of platform for the discussion of the most important current issue in the oil sector - adjustment of the tax maneuver in 2016. The Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Finance has publicly voiced their attitude to the problem and drastically differed in assessing the impact of these innovations on the industry.
