Kazakhstan is about to build roll stock plant

They plan to build an electrometallurgical works in Kazakhstan. It will be engaged in the production of rolled steel from high-quality alloy steel. The project is aimed at the provision of the machine-building sector by roll stock of domestic production, Interfax reports.
