Kazakhstan starts counter deliveries of oil to Russia

Last week, Kazakh companies started the counter oil supplies to Russia, the price agency Argus reports.
These shipments are intended to compensate for the loss of the Russian budget from the duty-free export of oil products in Kazakhstan in 2012-2013.
