Private importers can join gas supplies to the Ukraine

Ukrtransgaz, the operator of the United Gas Transport System of the Ukraine announced its readiness to accept and treat the application of the economic subject, the Ukrainian residents that are going to supply gas to the Ukrainian consumers via the Hungarian gas transporting system in 2014. The applications should contain the data in accordance with the rules of access to the United Gas Transport System. The maximum gas acceptance ability from Hungary via Beregdaroc gas flow-rate measurement unit is 16 million cubic m a day now.

The order of access and adjustment to the United Gas Transporting System of the Ukraine agreed by the regulation #420 signed on April 19 2012 by the national commission for regulation of electric energy sector of the Ukraine, registered in the Ministry of Justice as #721/ 21034 on May 7 2012 presupposes that if there is sufficient spare transporting capacities are available in the pipeline then the priorities are:
