LUKOIL sells petrol station network the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary,

"LUKOIL" was able to sign the agreements with the "Norm Benzinkut Kft" and "MOL Plc." companies on sale of the assets in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Such a statement was received from a number of the oil company’s sources. The journalists of the "Birjevoy Leader" issue for business people investigated this matter in more details.

Thus, a network of forty-four "LUKOIL" automotive filling stations, located on the territory of the Czech Republic, is acquired by "Slovnaft Ceska Republica, Spol. S.R.O.". It is a subsidiary of "MOL Plc.". As for the network of seventy-five filling stations in Hungary and nineteen in Slovakia, it acquires the company «Norm Benzinkut Kft». Currently these transactions are expected to be closed until the end of this year.
