Lukoil to change its investment program

Lukoil hasn’t been included in the sanctions list, however it will be forced to reduce its investment because of Western sanctions, the President of Lukoil, Vagit Alekperov said.

He said: "Sanctions concern the country, and we are a Russian company. This will affect us, like all the others. We are considering several options, and, of course, the fact that access to finance will be complicated may lead to a reduction in our costs and investment programs".
