A branch to the Komsomoslk oil processing plant from the ESPO to be built by “Mostotrest”

Rosneft concluded contract with “Transstroimekhanizatsiya” LLC (structure of “Mostotrest”) on the adjustment of project documents, equipment and materials supply, construction of a branch. It will connect ESPO with Komsomolsk oil refinery. Vedomosti writes.
The choice of the contractor was held in the form of “noncompetitive procedure”. The oil company summed up the results on July 28th. The contract has been concluded on the price of the only service provider at 46.9 billion roubles (incl.VAT). The term of a contract is until August 2016. ITAR-TASS reports.
