Rosneft and FTS signed a second pricing agreement for tax assessment

Rosneft and the Federal Tax Service signed a second pricing agreement for tax assessment in oil marketing deals on the domestic market of Russia. The agreement is in force as for oil sales in 2012, produced by the enterprises of the company “Slavneft”, which fell under control of Rosneft due to the acquisition of TNK-BP.

“The aim of the parties to the agreement is not only the minimization of risks of possible disagreements  for the price determination in oil between the interdependent parties, but a provision for the maximum transparencey of taxpayers at the inspection by the FTS Russia,” is said in the press-release of “Rosneft”.
