Mikhelson and Timchenko have sold share stake Sibur to the company’s managers

The majority shareholders of Sibur L. Mikhelson and G. Timchenko have sold 12% in Sibur to the company’s managers at a rate of 17. The total shareholding of the businessmen in Sibur declined to 82.5%, but they do not bring into the public the precise volume of their shareholdings. Kommersant has reminded on Friday that before the transaction, Mr. Leonid Mikhelson controlled 57.2% in  Sibur and Mr. Gennady Timchenko controlled 37.3%. Under some evaluations, the sum of the transaction could be $550 million.
