The BP-TNK CFO J. Muir has been re-elected to the post of the Chairman of the Board of Orenburgneft. The Board of Directors discussed as well the realization of Orenburgneft shareholders authority at the shareholders' sessions of its branches Buguruslanneft and Orenburgtransneft.
In 2010 Orenburgneft net profit declined 6% to 42.14 billion roubles. Proceeds increased 16 % to 148 billion roubles.
