TANAP to reach full capacity in 2026

TANAP which aims for Azeri gas transportation via the territory of Turkey to the border with Europe will be put into operation in mid 2018. The first Vice-President of SOCAR for geology, geophysics and development of deposits, Kh. Yusifadze said.

According to him, the full projected capacity of 31 bln cubic m a year the gas pipeline will be reached in 2026.

Speaking about the gas production at the Shakh-Deniz, the first Vice-President of SOCAR said as of June 1st 2014 about 52 bln cubic m of gas and 13.5 mln tons of condensate have been produced.
