BP to spend about $4 bln for a large project of SOCAR in the sphere of ecology

SOCAR plans to realize a large ecological project of $4 bln value.
The Vice-President of SOCAR for ecology, R. Guseinadze said at the conference “Caspian Oil &Gas 2014”.
According to her, today a serious problem is the liquidation and processing of wastes produced at oil and gas extraction.
To solve this problem we plan to construct a center of wastes processing in the Garadag district of Baku where all the necessary cleaning and processing units will be located.
