Azerbaijan exports almost 180 million tons of oil

Since the start of development and before June 1st, 2014, 335.3 million tons of oil and 96.2 billion cubic meters of gas were produced from the block of the Azeri-Chirag-Gyuneshli (ACG) oil and gas fields, the first vice president of SOCAR Khoshbakh Yusifzade stated at the XXIth International Conference “Caspian Oil & Gas 2014”.

According to him, as of the reporting date, Azerbaijan exported 178.8 million tons of oil. "The Azerbaijani share of oil at ACG is constantly increasing. In 2013, 32.7 million tons of oil were produced at the block. The share of profit oil was 22.5 million tons," - said Yusifzade.

He noted that as of June the 1st, 2014 247. 4 tons of oil produced from ACG were exported via the Baku -Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline.
