A solution on the attraction of a resource base of the Kirinsk field, which belongs to Gazprom, for loading of the 3rd stage of LNG plant of the Sakhalin-2 project must be made by Gazprom’s Board during the consideration of the investment justification issue, the Shell’s Deputy Chairman in Russia, Igor Ignatiev reported to the ITAR-TASS.
