Rosneft obtains the licenses for Albanovsky and Varneksky sectors at the shelf of the Barents Sea

On May 23rd, the RF PM, Dmitry Medvedev signed the regulation, stipulating that Rosneft obtains the licenses for Albanovsky and Varneksky sectors for geological exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons under a combined license. In compliance with the document Gazprom obtains the right for Morskoy, Nyarmeisky and Skuratovsky sectors for geological exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons under a combined license. The specified subsoil sectors are provided to the companies without any auctions.
