Rosneft narrows benchmark of coupon rate on bonds for 40 billion rubles to 7.85-7.95%

The largest Russian oil company Rosneft has narrowed the benchmark of the first coupon rate of three issues of ten-year bonds in the total amount of 40 billion rubles to 7.85-7.95% per annum, the company reports.

Initially, the benchmark of coupon rate made up 7.85-8% per annum. Rosneft will close the order book on bonds of the 06th, 09th and 10th series in the total amount of 40 billion rubles on Wednesday, at 17:00; the placement of securities at the Moscow stock exchange is scheduled for June, 11.
