The awaited change of the supervisory council did not happen at the latest shareholders session, and the managers of Lukoil were re-elected to the council. The company does not exclude that the transaction is postponed for several months under the technical reasons. The market participants do not exclude that the point is the legal actions between the VETEK company of S. Kurchenko and Naftogaz Ukraine NAK.
