Lukoil has not applied for oil supplies for Odessa oil refinery

No Russian companies have applied for oil supplies to the Ukraine in Q3 2013, Transneft reports. The official representative of the transporting company I. Dyomin says that neither Lukoil nor other Russian companies have appealed for oil supplies for refining in the Ukraine. He reminds that oil cannot be supplied via the pipeline system as the Brody-Odessa pipeline is not technologically ready for Russian oil transporting.
