Bashneft Board of Directors have recommended 11 candidates to the new composition, suggesting to reduce the number from 12 persons. The list of candidates does not include 2 members of the present Board, the President of Russneft M. Gutseriyev, and the President of Argos Group Holding B. V. P. J. Gedwalk. The new candidate is the chief vice-president ofAFK Sistema , V. Ryazanov, who is not the member of the Board now.
