Ametistovy GOK of Renova has reached its full capacity

​The Ametistovy GOK of “Gold of Kamchatka” JSC (in the structure of GC Renova) has reached the project results – about 4 tons of gold and 10 tons of silver a year.

From September 2015 until May 2016 the GOK extracted 2 tons of gold, 1 tons of which in February-April. In Q1 2016 productivity rose by 55% against Q4 2015.

The mineral and raw materials base of the deposit makes up 51.8 tons of gold reserves and 177.8 tons of silver. The potential of reserves and resources growth is assessed at least at 50 tons.

In April 2016 the Ametistovy GOK was given the status of the regional investment project that presupposes the preferential mode of taxation in the part of MET and income tax for 10 years.

“Gold of Kamchatka” on September 25th 2015 officially launched the Ametistovy GOK at the Ametistovy deposit with the capacity of 600 thousand tons of ore a year, investment volume is assessed at 11.3 bln roubles, another 9 bln roubles of investment will be required until 2018.
