Rosneft’s Board of Directors approves the implementation of 4 projects with ExxonMobil in the Arctic Region.

"Rosneft"’s Board of Directors together with ExxonMobil approved the projects for the exploration and development of Anisinsk - Novosibirsk and Ust - Oleneksk license areas on the Laptev Sea shelf, as well as portions of the North - Wrangel - 2 and South Chukchi shelf of the Chukchi Sea, the Russian company’s report states.
On April 27th at the meeting the council decided to determine the price of the related transactions and approve the related transaction in which there is interest – joint ventures creation, the operator's services obtaining, the payments in respect of funding for the purchase and sale of hydrocarbons in each project.
