In Q1, Rosneft madea a net loss of 39.7 billion rubles by RAS

In Q1, Rosneft made a net loss of 39.7 billion rubles by RAS, compared to net profit of 18.432 billion rubles in Q1 2013. Revenue increased by 52% to 1.09 trillion rubles. Production prime costs increased by 50% to 609.227 billion rubles. Gross profit increased by 23.9% to 481 billion rubles. Commercial expenses increased by 1.48 times to 406.9 billion rubles. Management expenses increased by 1.78 times to 17.161 billion rubles. Sales profit increased by 28.9% to 53.947 billion rubles. Other income increased by 2.35 times to 179.938 billion rubles. Other expenses increased by 2.75 times to 255.69 billion rubles. Pretax loss was 54.244 billion rubles compared to pretax profit of 27.509 billion rubles a year ago.
