The prosecutor’s office of the Yamal Nenets autonomous area has appealed to the court with a claim against the severe violation of the law by the Arcticgaz Company. Having declared 90% utilization of associated oil gas, it utilized nothing. The count has bound Arcticgaz to remove the violations.
