The company plans to change its dividend policy, the new document can be reviewed in April.
On April 26 the Board of Directors of "Lukoil" plans to consider a new dividend policy, the vice-president Leonid Fedun states. According to him, the new policy will provide for priority dividend payments over the rest. How the company planned to pay shareholders for 2015 will be decided at the same council, the top manager stated.
